STATELINE SOCCER (Travel)

If you are interested in traveling soccer
league, stop by the
YMCA in May or
June and sign up! Children ages 9 and up
will be placed on a team for the fall session.
Practice is dependent on volunteer
coach’s schedule and games are on
Saturdays. Travel to surrounding towns
could include: Delavan, Elkhorn, East
Troy, Williams Bay, Whitewater, etc.
This is a split season league so teams will
come back in the spring of 2010 to finish
league.

Dribble, pass and shoot your way through
this fall program. Basic FUNdamentals of
soccer will be taught along with
games/scrimmages.

NEW **CO-ED FALL FLAG FOOTBALL** NEW
This six game league will give kids 7-12
yr. old the opportunity to play flag football.
Each week there will be a short
practice followed by a game. The goal of
the league is to provide our focus in teamwork,
sportsmanship and fun. Everybody
plays, learns and belongs!

Basketball
Winter Boys Basketball Leagues for grades 3 - 6th. Please check back early November for registratioin. Leagues play January - March!
Co-ed Skill Builder League for Kindergarden - 2nd grades. This league is for boys and girls to participate in skills/drills and along with some games on lowered hoops! Volunteer coached needed!! Registration durring the month of December!!
Y Ball Shooting Academy
The Y Ball Shooting Academy is available to any boy and girl in elementary through high shcool who wishes to learn how to shoot the basketball properly and pursue their goal of getting better with their shot. This six-week program meets one time per week for 45 minutes and covers mechanics of shooting along with drills that are fun and goal-driven.

Girls Windmill Pitching Clinics
Pitching begins with good pitching instructioin and the best time to learn and the best time to learn is in the OFF SEASON!! This affordable clinci is designed to teach a proper delivery, worn on speed adn control while stressing the importance of the arm circle, turnsof teh body, postures, use of legss and the wrist snap. The object will be to learn to throw with less chance of injury and to gain confidence as a pitcher!
Six-1 hour Lessons *Fee $75
Min. 2 students per time slot/Max of 3
Softballs and cathcer's gear provided. Each pitcher must bring in her own "catcher" (An adult prarent or teammate)
Session I: Sept. 8 - Oct. 16
Session II: Nov. 3 - Dec. 11th

8-10yrs. Wed 5-6pm or Saturday 8-9am
11-12yrs. Wed 6-7pm or Saturday 9-10am
13-14yrs. Wed 7-8pm or Saturday 10-11am
15-18yrs. Wed 8-9pm or Saturday 11-Noon
Staff:Dick Christopher has 43 years experience as a hitting and pitching instructor! He has a Masters in PE. adn has taught PE, math and Science at the elementary, middle school and high schools levels over the last 35 years. He has also coached football, baseball and softball over his teaching career. Not only does he bring his coaching knowledge to his clinics but his teaching experience with children. His daughter currently pitches for Lewis University in Illinois!!
